TERMS & CONDITIONS

Studio Juliette Saier

Orders & Commissions

Each project undertaken by Studio Juliette Saier is developed with particular attention to craftsmanship, materiality and detail.

All furniture, lighting, decorative objects and bespoke creations are produced either on a made-to-order basis or in limited editions. Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, slight variations in dimensions, textures, colours and finishes may occur and are considered part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.

Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance of a quotation and receipt of the agreed payment.

For bespoke commissions, production begins only after final approval of all specifications, materials and dimensions.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros and are exclusive of shipping, installation, customs duties, local taxes and insurance unless otherwise specified.

Full payment is generally required upon confirmation of the order. For larger commissions, a bespoke payment schedule may be agreed in writing.

Production, procurement and delivery timelines commence only upon receipt of payment.

All products remain the property of Studio Juliette Saier until full payment has been received.

Production & Delivery

Lead times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on workshop schedules, material availability and project complexity.

Studio Juliette Saier works closely with specialised artisans and manufacturers. While every effort is made to respect announced timelines, delays resulting from production constraints, transportation, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control cannot give rise to compensation or cancellation.

Upon delivery, clients are responsible for inspecting all items and reporting any visible damage within forty-eight (48) hours, accompanied by photographs and supporting documentation.

Bespoke Pieces

Custom-made and personalised pieces are created specifically for each client and project. For this reason, bespoke commissions cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned once production has commenced.

Minor variations between samples, drawings, renderings and final pieces may occur and shall not be considered defects.

Returns & Warranty

All sales are final.

Returns may only be considered in the event of:

• a manufacturing defect;
• a substantial discrepancy from approved specifications;
• transport damage reported within the required timeframe.

Where a claim is validated, Studio Juliette Saier reserves the right to repair, replace or provide another appropriate solution.

Products are covered by a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

The warranty excludes normal wear, natural ageing and patina of materials, improper installation, misuse, modifications by third parties and conditions outside the intended use of the product.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, renderings, concepts, photographs, specifications and related materials remain the exclusive property of Studio Juliette Saier.

No reproduction, publication, commercial use or distribution is permitted without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

All project-related documents, drawings, specifications and communications exchanged between the Studio and its clients are considered confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

Limitation of Liability

Studio Juliette Saier shall not be liable for delays, losses or damages resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, transportation issues, customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, governmental restrictions or force majeure events.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.

Any dispute arising in connection with Studio Juliette Saier's products, services or commissions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
